We spread drop sheets over the entire work area to ensure
cleanliness. We also cover your furnishings with plastic
covers. We then fill in any cracks and holes. Next, we
remove all electrical face-plates and cover ceiling light
fixtures. We also caulk cracks that need caulking. Finally,
we sand and prime where necessary and then we start
painting.
Here's how we start an interior painting project
Drop-sheets, plastics and tape are removed as well as any other coverings. Furniture moved by us will be returned to its
proper place. We will sweep and/or vacuum all surfaces to remove dust. Garbage materials will be removed and put in
garbage bags.
Items or fixtures that were removed by us for safety reasons, will be carefully returned. The same strict cleanup regime will
be given to both interior and exterior projects. We want to leave your house in the same condition we found it
