we then fill in any small cracks and holes.

remove all electrical face-plates, and cover lights.

repairing caulking

finally we sand and prime where necessary.

Drop-sheets, plastics and tape are removed as well as any other coverings.

Furniture moved by us will be returned to its place.

We will sweep and/or vacuum all surfaces to remove all dust.

Garbage materials will be removed and disposed in an environmentally friendly manner.

Items or fixtures that were removed by us for safety reasons, will be carefully returned.

The same strict cleanup regime will be given to both interior and exterior applications.

We want to leave your house in the same condition we found it.
